Musician: nyckelharpa, fiddle, singing
I play folk music from my home province Upland as
well as from the rest of Sweden, but lots of other music too.
On the vocal side I sing folk, rock, jazz and
other songs, and have a
special liking for rock ballads and songs from
Scotland.
Most of all I like to do programmes where I can mix different genres.
In the folk music genre informative and entertaining introductions to the tunes is an important part of the performance. So it is for me, and I readily do it in English too.
I play solo, or together with others in smaller constellations, for example with other fiddle- and nyckelharpa players, a guitarist or a pianist.
